Ebru Koksal: Finding the confidence to be an authentic female leader

Following a career in New York, as a financial analyst at Morgan Stanley, Ebru Koksal became CEO at Galatasaray. She was the first woman to be elected to the Executive Board of the European Club Association and became the first, and only, female General Secretary of the Turkish Football Federation. Ebru is now Chair of Women in Football.
