No Woman No Try Premiere

Where to start with what was an extraordinary night for women’s sport at the premiere of ‘No Woman No Try’.

I feel so proud to have been involved with such a brilliant, thought provoking sports documentary, magnificently created by Jack Tompkins & Ben Marlow & directed by Victoria Rush

It was lovely to watch the entire film in the company of the amazing female players featured - Shaunagh Brown Stefania Evans & Zainab Alema - along with many others attending from across the world of women’s sport.

Powerful to reflect that it’s just 18 months ago that Flo Williams’ original ‘Spot The Difference’ tweet about Canterbury’s Irish kit went viral, the #iamenough & #ICare campaigns followed & now we have this brilliant documentary for the world to see.

Time’s are changing.

Our voices are getting louder.

‘No Woman No Try’ is released on Amazon Prime on Friday March 25.
