What a privilege for Sue to be part of Team England’s celebrations for International Women’s Day - 'Women In Sport' webinar, hosted by our President, two-time Commonwealth champion: Denise Lewis OBE.

Denise was joined by four guests from the world of sport:

  • Alison Oliver MBE - CEO, Youth Sport Trust

  • Katie Sadleir - CEO, Commonwealth Games Federation

  • Pamela Cookey - Sky Sports pundit and 2 x Commonwealth Games bronze medallist

  • Sue Anstiss MBE - CEO, Fearless Women and Co-Founder, Women's Sport Collective

Over 150 people joined in person, or virtually for the a special conversation. Topics discussed were the importance of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the positive potential impact on women's sport, the impact leaders and role models can have for women in the working world, and the role men can play as part of a progressive movement.
